What comes to your mind when you
hear the word “El Nido”? Well aside from world class beaches, of course the one
thing that would come instantly to your mind is the word “EXPENSIVE”! Yes, El
Nido is expensive. Most of the tourists there are foreigners. But you always
have a choice – a choice to travel on a budget.
We want to share to you our
complete list of expenses for the entire trip. This is just a little help for
those who would wish to visit El Nido yet hesitant because they might think it
is very expensive and getting there will surely cost a fortune. Well that’s a
big NO-NO because El Nido is within your budget only if you have patience and
determination and of course self-control!
By the way, we also had our tour at Puerto Princesa where the famous Underground River is. Truly Underground River is awesome, no wonder it was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999, and voted as a New7Wonders of Nature in 2012.
Please also note that we are group of six in this trip so we have save a lot since we have divided all our restaurant bills into six. It is always best to travel in groups if you want to save but if you have a couple of bucks to splurge then go! Always remember, “Collect memories not things.
